Refunds
How refunds work.
Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, for events that have barely been used.

The short version
- A full refund for 14 days after you buy, from your event’s Settings.
- It ends once 25 memories or 5 minutes of video are shared, whichever comes first.
- Plans changed? Move the date instead. Your plan goes with it.
Not for you?
Cancel the plan from your event’s Settings and we’ll refund everything you paid for it, upgrades and extra time included, no questions asked. Try it with a few friends first if you like: that’s what the guarantee is for.
When the refund ends
At whichever of these comes first:
- 14 days after you buy the plan
- 25 memories shared to the event: photos, videos, notes, voice messages, drawings and song requests, yours included
- 5 minutes of video shared, all videos added together
Memories deleted later still count. The event’s Settings shows how much has been shared so far, and until when you can cancel.
Event moved?
Change its date from Settings instead, any time before guests can get in. Your plan goes with it, at no cost.
Something didn’t work?
Within 30 days after your event, if Fabled Events didn’t work the way we described, and we’ll make it right, up to a full refund.
After a refund
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The event carries on as a Free one. If you’ve already used your free events, it closes instead: guests can’t upload, and what’s been shared stays viewable and downloadable for 14 days.
Plans bought before October 20, 2026 keep the earlier promise too: a full refund until guests can get in, if that’s later. The full terms are in Refunds.
